- The Canfield Plaza BBQ How-To is a FREE fun-filled day of family activities! 

- GOBS (Greater Omaha BBQ Society) will help prospective BBQ contestants learn to enter contests more successfully.  BBQers who want to enter the practice contest can do so at www.canfields.com or at the store at 84th and Center in Omaha.

- For the casual backyard BBQer, GOBS will provide demonstrations on making sauces and grilling everything from veggies to meat. 

- Samples will be available!
